Where are we

I think we are still on earth with the same solar system, or Joburg, South Africa to be exact.

I'm talking about business and keeping sane. How are we doing in that department with all the changes taking place in the world? One can only upscale and redefine their conduct in business. It's easier said than done when you have responsibilities to meet, living expenses to maintain while pouring every cent into your business to keep afloat. How does this make sense when all your savings have been exhausted, how do you go forward when you feel like time is moving faster than your progress. Do I call it a day and go home-home or do I stick it out until the storm is over?

How about, there's no home to go to and bury my sorrows, how is that for a plot twist.

The current state of society is interesting to observe, better yet to be a participant of. I had a chat with a close friend, a brother, and a business partner. Too many responsibilities, right? Well, our frustrations are exactly what I mention above, meeting our ends. I said something which I had to write in bold to remind myself about permanence. There is no season that remains the same throughout the year, well this covid-19 one seems to be lasting for longer than anticipated.

Jean Michel Basquiat produced 1000 drawings and 1000 paintings before he got the spotlight. And those artworks were honest and true reflections of the era. I guess our little discomfort will make us uncomfortable enough to do something about it. The spotlight could be us meeting our ends efficiently & effectively.
